As Executive Vice President Revenue, Stew MacDonald is responsible for providing leadership to OEG's revenue operations. As one of the organization's senior executives, he leads a team responsible for ticketing, premium seating, corporate partnerships and customer relationships for the Edmonton Oilers, Edmonton Oil Kings and Bakersfield Condors. Stew originally joined the organization in 1987, spending ten years as the Oilers Director of Marketing. He then served as Chief Operating Officer of the American Hockey League's Saint John Flames for five years, and returned to OEG in 2003 where he has since held a number of roles in commercial leadership. Stew holds a diploma in Sports Administration from Durham College. He is based in Edmonton at Oilers Entertainment Group headquarters.
